SEASON ONE
Emissary, Part 1:
On a distant outpost at the edge of the final frontier, an untested crew embarks on an unprecedented journey of discovery. When the spiritual leader of Bajor names Sisko a religious icon of the Bajoran people and gives him the last orb, Sisko is sent on an adventure to find the Celestial Temple.
Emissary, Part 2:
While Sisko is being interogated by aliens inside the wormhole after being sent there by the Bajoran spiritual leader, Major Kira must deal with the Cardassian fleet who are convinced that Deep Space Nine is responsible for the disappearance of one of their ships.
A Man Alone:
Odo must prove his innocence when a known enemy of his is found brutally murdered in a Holosuite. Things get violent when a mob gathers to attack him, but is it a put up job?
Past Prologue:
A reunion with a member of the Bajoran underground forces Kira to choose between her people and her duty as a Federation officer. What is the connection between the terrorist who claims to be a reformed character and the Klingon renegades, Lursa and B'Etor?
Babel:
The residents of Deep Space Nine fall victim to a mysterious and fatal virus created by the Bajoran resistance to attack the Cardassians decades before. Will Kira find someone who knows how to make an antidote in time?
Captive Pursuit:
O'Brien befriends the "prey" in an otherworldly hunting game--can he and the rest of the officers save the being from a life in captivity or does the Prime Directive forbid them from interfering?
Q-Less:
The irrepressible Q and the adventuress Vash arrive at Deep Space Nine -- just as strange, destructive forces begin threatening the space station. As buyers arrive for an auction, organized by Quark, of artifacts from the Gamma Quadrant brought back by Vash, the space station is dragged ever closer to the wormhole.
Dax:
Lieutenant Dax's former Trill identity is accused of a murder, and treason, supposedly carried out 30-years ago. She refuses to offer any defence and Sisko decides to fight on her behalf by trying to prove that the Trill host is not responsible for the previous actions of the symbiont. If he fails will she have to pay the price?
The Passenger:
A sinister alien criminal hides his consciousness in the brain of someone aboard the station while his body lies dead in the morgue. What seems certain is that he plans to capture an important shipment from the Gamma Quadrant, but where and how will he make his move?
Move Along Home:
Quark's attempt at deception toward a newly-encountered alien race places the space station's senior officers in a labyrinth of danger, when they force Quark to play a game where the senior officers are the playing pieces.
The Nagus:
During a visit by the Ferengi business leader, The Nagus, to Deep Space Nine, Quark is suddenly named leader of the Ferengi financial empire, and discovers that he's not only popular -- he's now a target for death. When Odo and Sisko try to help locate the potential assassin, Quark refuses their assistance and soon finds himself trapped in an airlock.
Vortex:
An alien criminal from the other side of the wormhole tempts Odo by telling the shape-shifter he can put the changeling in contact with others like himself. After an unproductive contact with the Alien's race, Sisko reluctantly agrees to return him without holding a trial for the murder he committed on the station. Assigned to transport the criminal back to his homeworld, Odo discovers that his case is not as clearcut as it appeared, and that the brother of the murdered man is in hot pursuit.
Battle Lines:
After Sisko agrees to show Opaka the wormhole, they receive some strange signals while on the Gamma Quadrant side. Investigating, the shuttlecraft is attacked by a satelite and crash lands on a moon. In the crash Opaka dies and Sisko, Kira, and Bashir find that they are stranded on a war-torn prison colony where it is impossible for the combatants to die.
The Storyteller:
Against his will, O'Brien becomes spiritual leader of a Bajoran village and the only one who can save them from a destructive energy force known as the Dalrok. Meantime, Jake and Nog are captivated by a young Bajoran girl who is on the station for difficult negotiations between two hostile tribes.
Progress:
During a mission to evacute a moon, Kira discovers a stubborn old Bajoran farmer who refuses to leave. When he is wounded by one of the Barjoan guards, Kira is forced to examine how much she has changed since she became the Bajoran adminstrator with the Federation team on the station. In the end she must decide between her desire to protect the underdog and the needs of her people as a whole.
If Wishes Were Horses:
O'Brien is startled when he discovers a fairy tale character has appeared in Molly's room. Soon other people on the station find their fantasies coming to life, and it becomes the prelude to a very real danger which threatens to annihilate the entire Bajoran system.
The Forsaken:
While an alien entity wreaks havoc with the station's computer, the irrepressible Lwaxana Troi
sets her sights for romance -- with Odo! Meanwhile, Bashir is stuck on diplomatic duty with three impossible ambassadors, and the station is plagued by computer malfunctions.
Dramatis Personae:
When a Klingon science ship returns early, and explodes on DS9's doorstep, Odo begins to notice personality changes in the senior staff. Soon enough, Odo is caught in the middle when an alien influence pits Kira against Sisko in a deadly power struggle. Can Odo prevent it from becoming an all-out war?
Duet:
Kira discovers that a Cardassian visiting the station could actually be a notorious war criminal. However all is not as it seems when information supplied by Gul Dukat reveals that the Cardassian they are holding cannot be who he claims to be.
In the Hands of the Prophets:
An ambitious and unscrupulous Bajoran spititual leader named Vedek Winn comes to the station and objects to Keiko's secular teachings. The situation rapidly escalates, and could even destroy the alliance between Bajor and the Federation. Can Keiko keep running the school?
